Helping tri-town families with lifelong health & wellness through collaboration amongst all community members.
Our group seeks to prepare students across our schools with skills for a great future throughout school and to reduce or remove risks for specific health problems or risky behaviors as identified in the recent CDC 2015 Youth Risk Behavior Survey.
We Need Your Help How You Can Help
[Support] The Coalition will be broad-based in membership and will link families, students, faculty, public health, law enforcement, and health resources in our area.
We Are In This Together Working Together
[Let's Meet!/Participation] Community-based programs combining 21st century research with evidence-based health and wellness education will assist in this effort.
[Where we are and what we're doing] Through a variety of media, we will offer resources to help families find local support and solutions to the challenges of addiction, relational violence and depression. Although this coalition's effort is headquartered in the Tri-Town, we also look beyond our region for examples of excellent and innovative ways to tackle these issues.
You are not alone. You can find help, confidentially.
Issues, identified, lead to solutions.
